All orders under 4 dozen must be submitted 5 days prior to delivery or pick up date. All orders exceeding 4 dozen must be submitted at least 7 days ahead.
0 - 10 miles : $10.00
10 - 20 miles: $15.00
20 - 30 miles: $25.00
