Love and Liberty Baking Co was founded back in February 2020. We are a Class B Cottage Food Licensed company based out of Chino, CA. I wanted to create a company that paired my love for baking with my patriotic spirit. We serve up tried and true good ole fashioned American baked goods. Hello and welcome to Love and Liberty Baking Co! I’m Alexandria “Alex” Tsubokawa and I am the owner and baker here at LLBC. Growing up I was the kid who loved to bake for any and all occasions, super patriotic, loved to eat, and was always looking for ways to be an entrepreneur… and here we are today and nothing has changed.  I made my childhood dream come true in 2017 by graduating from San Diego Culinary Institute with a diploma in Baking & Pastry, I then worked for Latitude 45 and Golden Road Brewing. In 2020 I decided to take the leap of faith and start Love and Liberty Baking Co. Although our story is just beginning I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the support and welcome you on this journey with me.
